Visible or Invisible
Industrial buyers now form their shortlist before they ever call sales. Built from decades of hands-on engineering, product marketing, and process-optimization work, turning fragmented technical knowledge into systems buyers can find and trust, the book lays out the Visible GTM System, a practical model for getting found, verified, and trusted early.
Leadership in Manufacturing
Leading technical, cross-functional, and global teams is one of the hardest jobs in the electronics and manufacturing ecosystem. This show is built for the people doing that work every day.
Hosted by Sannah Vinding, the podcast brings together business, leadership, and management conversations with executives and industry leaders across electronics, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, semiconductors, and the manufacturers' rep community. Each episode goes beyond surface-level advice, as guests share the real decisions, hard lessons, and leadership habits that help teams move forward when pressure is high and the margin for error is thin.

The engineer who makes technical value visible
Sannah brings deep expertise across electronics manufacturing, product development, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy, built inside global semiconductor and electronics companies and across international markets. Earlier in her career she rebuilt product data across 114,000+ SKUs and launched a first digital catalog with parametric search, tripling lead generation. She holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and combines engineering thinking, customer understanding, and go-to-market experience to make complex products and markets easier to understand and act on.
She started Leadership in Manufacturing for real conversations with leaders across electronics, manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain about the leadership work behind the industry: building teams, developing people, creating trust, and navigating change.
